Alltemated has a full in-house quick turn tooling capability. As of December 2007, Alltemated completed its in-house integration for quick turn tooling by adding HAAS CNC machining center to its CAD/CAM capabilities. Alltemated can now produce tool sets for carrier tape within 24 hours from customer design approval. This integration will greatly enhance process capabilities and allow Alltemated to meet or exceed our internal and external customer requirements.
