Materials

Dissipative polystyrene is standard. Polycarbonate and other materials are available.

 

Tooling

Low cost custom designed quick turn tooling is available. Pro-Form delivers production ready tape in days not weeks.  Open tools are available for production without tooling charges.

Quality

Tape pocket form characteristics are verified with a computerized in-line vision inspection.  Measurements from a computerized vision system are used for SPC.
